    Lisa is an RYT 200 with additional certifications in chair yoga, paddleboard yoga, and childrenโ€™s yoga and mindfulness.

    Her class style is fun and flowing with the goal to educate you, help you find peace and freedom in your body, and make you laugh all at the same time.

    Brenna is an RYT 500 with additional certification in prenatal yoga.

    Her class style is fun and accessible with the goal of challenging you to try new things and explore more of what you can do.

  • Carrie Fauteux

    Carrie is an RYT 500 and received her certification from Crossroads Yoga Teacher Training. She is currently training to be a pre- and post-natal yoga teacher.

  • Carly Isleib

    Carly is an RYT 200 with specialized training in Yin Yoga. 

    Her class style is warm and welcoming with the goal to help[ you leave feeling confident, calm, and a little lighter. 

    Carly values the training she received from Kelly Corcoran, Donna Farhi, and  Mark Stephens, but her greatest teacher is the practice itself, which opened her eyes to her own essential wholeness and ability to heal.

    Cathy is an ERYT 200 with additional certification in Holy Fire Reiki 1 and 2.

    Her class style is inspiring and welcoming with a little bit of edge that creates space for yogis to grow, discover, or simply be.

  • Kyle LeDonne

    Kyle is a 200hr RYT who started his yoga journey at Santa Monica Power Yoga in Los Angeles and has been teaching in Connecticut since 2018.

    His class style is slow and steady with a focus on the mind/body connection. His goal is to destress his students and help them build grace and resilience.

  • Linda Hoyt-Russell

    Linda is a 200-hr RYT with special training in Yin, Chair, Mindful Yoga Therapy, and Qigong-Infused Yoga. She is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and an End-of-Life Doula.

    Linda has been specially trained and certified in Yoga 4 Cancer, a style of Oncology Yoga aimed at helping cancer survivors who have completed treatment. The Yoga 4 Cancer methodology is based on science and research.

  • Lauren Lane

    Lauren is a 200-hour RYT who received her training from Samadhi Yoga Studio.

    Her classes aim to cultivate a community that focuses on connection, acceptance, and joy. She hopes to inspire students to feel welcomed and supported when they step onto their mats.

    Melissa is an RYT 500 with an additional certification in trauma-informed yoga and a BA in Psychology.

  • Myka Perrelli

    Myka is an RYT 200 and an EMYogaโ“‡ Practitioner. She is currently working towards her 500-hour certification and additional certifications in meditation and Yin yoga. 

    One of Mykaโ€™s main beliefs and reason for loving yoga is that she believes yoga is for everybody and EVERY BODY and hopes everyone feels as welcome as she did when she first stepped on her mat.

    Rachel is one of our occasional teachers. She is an ERYT 500 with additional training in Trauma Informed Yoga practices.

    Sheena is a 200-hour RYT who received her certification from Samadhi Yoga Studio.
